The Gymnasium at Springtime Club is fully equipped with a wide range of cardiovascular & weight training equipment. The range include's Treadmills Cross trainers, Steppers Upright bikes, Reclining bikes Rowing machines. Free weights area for cardio vascular and strength training workouts. Indoor Games

We have a variety of Indoor games created to amuse members when confined within a club. There are several indoor games like chess, carom, pool table, card room & foos ball that challenge a person's intellect making them smarter, also offer some light hearted adventure and fun. Some even bring family together.

Table Tennis

This is one of the fastest games in the world. Table tennis is a sport that demands close hand to eye coordination and lightning reflexes. Virtually everyone can say that in some point in their lives they have played the game and can always testify that it is not expensive, all ages can play, it keeps you alert and you can gently increase the heart rate.

Badminton Court

Badminton is a racquet sport played on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock. Most players will quickly pick up the skills to play a rally with a friend. It's easy to learn, social and fun.

It is a known fact that by playing badminton every day for a minimum of 30 minutes on a regular basis one can lower the risk of death of around 23 percent and increase the longevity of at least 2 years in the following years.

Badminton can reduce bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol. Playing badminton regularly increase the levels of good cholesterol while reducing bad cholestrol. Bad cholesterol reduces the size of blood vessels that can trigger a heart attack and stroke.

Playing Badminton helps in improving condition of the body so the basal heart rate decreased number of beats per minute and blood pressure decreases. Both these effects help us reduce hypertension. It can help us in ward off hypertension without drugs.

Playing badminton on a regular basis to help people who are overweight to reduce their weight and achieve the ideal weight according to their age and height. This effect is caused by an excess of calories burned during playing badminton which will in turn prevent the buildup of fat in the body.

Lawn Tennis

Springtime Club offers a Lawn tennis court for our members as well as non-members. Physical exercise is  important for good health, and tennis has specific health benefits for both the body and mind, which gives it an edge over many other types of physical activity. Recreational tennis has health benefits for the cardiovascular system, the muscles, bones, agility levels and more. In addition, tennis is a fun activity that reduces stress.

Aerobics


Aerobics is an activity that is essential for a contemporary woman.  These consists of toning exercises that are designed to use upper and lower body moves to stay in shape and move to the music. Intensive group training to dance music will lift your spirits, burn excess weight, strengthen your muscles and boost your self-esteem. The aerobics room at the Springtime Club offers programs conducted by qualified Aerobics trainers.

Oriental Dance - You love to dance? And why not! Dance is a great way to tone your body and a wonderful form of self-expression. The movements of Arabic dancing develop flexibility and grace through the sensuous Belly Dance. For incredible rhythms and constant hip movement, we offer Latino and other styles. When you dance, you learn to speak in the language of the body. You become free and confident. Join us-you won't be bored!

Body Balance - training on unstable surfaces using "uncomfortable" body positions to develop coordination, endurance and strength of the muscles. The training activates both deep postural muscles and small stabilizing muscles.
